Dear Customers,

Our staff is dedicated to provide you with the highest quality chrome plating today. We are proud of our standards and will not settle for anything less. Each part is plated with pride and our reputation for quality work.

Shipping and Packing: All work is shipped via UPS and on a COD or Credit Card basis. We will accept checks from dealers only; otherwise we will need to get payment in the form of a money order, or a certified check. Please enclose a list of all parts being shipped to us along with your name, address and a phone number where you can be reached if needed inside your parcel.

Our Guarantee: We will replate any part, at no charge, that becomes defective due to our workmanship, for a period of one year. We offer a second year on aluminum parts on a pro-rated basis. Please remember that in order to guarantee a piece, we must have a quality piece to work with. It is next to impossible to guarantee a 30 year old and cast part that has been plated 5 times. We do our very best on each and every part that we plate. With all returns, a dated invoice receipt is required for proof of purchase.

Gold Plating: Gold is recommended for show bikes only. The price of gold plating is double that of the chrome price. We do not guarantee the gold plating.

Environmental Surcharge: Due to the environmental compliance laws that now govern the plating industry and its by-products, such as acids, degreasers, glass bead, paint strippers, hazardous sludge, and all chemicals used in many of the neutralizing process for local and federal compliance agencies, we are attaching a 5% surcharge on every order to help cover the ever increasing costs.

*There will be a $50.00 per item paint removal charge on all painted inner primary covers and all soft tail swing arms*

This is a general basic price guide. All parts are individually priced according to condition. We reserve the right to charge for rough castings, dented or previously plated parts assembled and all custom altered parts. We are not responsible for bushings,  or bearing left in parts. We do our best to mask, plug or paint them off, but prior plating and use have previously damaged any parts. Please degrease and clean all parts before sending them to avoid and extra charges. We do not plate rims or wheels of any kind at this time, but are looking to do so in the near future. No other guarantee is implied to express.

Shipping:

*Payment for completed jobs, that are shipped COD, must be in the form of a bank check or money order. This requires that a person be at the shipping address to sign for and receive the shipment. You can avoid this by prepaying for orders. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.

Order Processing:

The first step in processing your order involves you sending your parts to us for inspection and pricing. Most People have been happy with using UPS. They are able to handle large parts as well as small.

Upon receipt of your parts, we will inspect, photograph, and price each piece individually. Please include a list of all parts being sent along with your name, address and phone numbers where you can be reached if needed.

Order Control:

After your parts are received they are photographed, and a job number is signed. They are then inscribed (in an inconspicuous area) on each part. As the parts are completed, they are inspected, checked off the photo, and then wrapped for return to you.
